How to Make Lapek Sagan
Clean or wash the glutinous rice first, drain. Peel the kepok banana then mix it with the shredded young coconut until evenly distributed, after that add a little vanilla to make the aroma fragrant, mix again until smooth and completely even.
Prepare banana leaves to wrap the dough. Wrap the dough with an oblong round shape such as rice cake, flat round, cones and so on according to taste.
Steam the wrapped dough until cooked. Remove from heat, drain and serve.
Tip: In addition to banana kepok can also use plantain, this food is very suitable served with warm black coffee.
