Hmmm… Pical Sikai Canyon Sianok

Like pecel in general, Pical Sikai Ngarai Sianok Bukittinggi is made from a mixture of various types of vegetables (such as cassava leaves and boiled long beans, raw cabbage, and cucumber slices) and peanut seasoning.

Then, what is special about this pical? In addition to containing vegetables and peanut and rice cake seasonings, this pecel is given additional “content” in the form of the presence of bamboo shoots and also banana hearts (although banana hearts are quite often used for pical in some areas in West Sumatra).

Peanut seasoning is processed a little thinner because of the presence of jackfruit soup mixture, but still savory and fragrant.

Pical Sikai is a type of milled pical; That is, the level of spiciness can be adjusted to our desires and tastes.

The appearance is even more attractive with red cracker decoration. Well, after enjoying Pical Sikai Ngarai Sianok Bukittinggi which has a spicy taste, you can enjoy a portion of lemang and black sticky rice tape that tastes sweet.
