In general, these visitors come from Agam, Pasaman, Pariaman, Bukittinggi and neighboring provinces, said Head of Agam Youth Tourism and Sports Office, Hadi Suryadi in Lubuk Basung, Monday (01/02/2017), as reported by Valora.
Tourists and locals generally come with family to enjoy the beauty of Tiku Beach, Lake Maninjau from a height and enjoy culinary. They also captured the holiday by taking pictures together.
One of the visitors to Tiku Beach, Muhammad Hasim said, that he deliberately came on vacation with his family to enjoy the beauty of Tiku Beach.
“Thursday deliberately came here just for vacation, because the children will return to school on Tuesday (3/1),” he said.
With this crowded visit, Hadi Suryadi is optimistic that the target of visits in 2017 as many as 600 thousand tourists will be achieved. To achieve that target, his party will make improvements to the location of tourist attractions.
In 2017, the allocation of funds of Rp10 billion came from the 2017 Regional Budget (APBD) of Rp4.5 billion, the 2017 West Sumatra Provincial Budget of Rp3 billion and the Khsusu Allocation Fund (DAK) of Rp2.5 billion.
“This fund builds Linggai Tourism objects in Tanjung Raya District, One Million Janjang Tourism Objects on the slopes of Mount Singgalang and Janjang Lawang Park to Bayua,” he said.
In addition to allocating funds, it will provide training on how to serve visitors for tourism managers and conscious groups in improving their human resources (HR).
